Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Samantha Moller Bowden. Each order is carefully packed and dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size, weight and nature of your purchase.

UK Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout according to the combined weight of your order, including appropriate packaging.

• Up to 0.75 kg: £4.95

• 0.75–2 kg: £6.95

• 2–5 kg: £8.95

• 5–15 kg: £14.95

• Over 15 kg / furniture: £29.95

For orders containing more than one item, delivery is charged using the total order weight. This means that a heavier item will normally place the order into the appropriate higher shipping band.

Local Collection

Local collection may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability and agree a convenient collection time and location.

Furniture and larger items may be particularly suitable for local collection. Orders must be collected at the agreed time, and customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable transport and assistance where needed.

Furniture Delivery

Furniture delivery is currently available to UK mainland addresses.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other non-mainland locations may require an additional delivery charge. Please contact us before ordering furniture for these destinations so that we can provide a quotation.

Delivery Services

Smaller parcels are generally sent via Royal Mail, while larger or heavier items may be sent via Parcelforce or another suitable courier. The delivery service used will be selected according to the item’s size, weight and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and, where available, tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through the website. Please get in touch if you are based outside the UK and would like to enquire about delivery.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
